What you’ll learn


Our classes focus on fitness, health and strength while catering for all ages and body types.


Our syllabus specifically teaches self-defense for all ages and abilities and starts off basic and increases as students progress.

Martial Arts techniques

Taekwon-Do is comprised of many techniques utilising different parts of the body, including the hands and many kicks involving the feet.

As with most martial arts, you will get to put what you learn to use through patterns (forms), sparring, and breaking boards as well as lots of other useful and fun applications.
