Our classes focus on fitness, health and strength while catering for all ages and body types.
Self-defense
Our syllabus specifically teaches self-defense for all ages and abilities and starts off basic and increases as students progress.
Martial Arts techniques
Taekwon-Do is comprised of many techniques utilising different parts of the body, including the hands and many kicks involving the feet.
